1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
We accept returns or exchanges only if:
The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
You contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Please note:
Items that are worn, washed, or altered will not be accepted.
Customized or personalized items (e.g., printed names, custom designs, etc.) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless defective.
2. Return Process (Pakistan Orders)

Provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos (if applicable).
Once approved, our team will guide you on how to return the product.
After receiving and inspecting the item, we’ll process your exchange or refund (if eligible).
Shipping charges for returns within Pakistan are usually covered by the customer, except when the item received was defective or incorrect.
3. Return Process (International Orders)
For international customers:
You must report any issue within 48 hours of delivery.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns to ensure safe delivery.
Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected by our team.
4. Refund Method
Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the purchase (Easypaisa, JazzCash, Bank Transfer, or International Transfer).
Processing may take 7–14 working days depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
Custom or personalized products
Clearance or sale items
Gift cards or vouchers
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund after verifying the issue — at no extra cost to you.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before shipping. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
